Abstract

The study analyzes the relationship between organizational recognition and job satisfaction among service staff at a university, taking into account the need to strengthen human talent management in educational settings. A quantitative approach was used, employing a non-experimental design with a correlational scope, and a Likert-scale questionnaire was administered to a sample of 35 employees. The results show favorable levels of organizational recognition, especially in evaluation, training, and resources, while job satisfaction remains at a moderate level, particularly regarding salary, benefits, and work-life balance. The correlational analysis shows a moderate positive relationship between the two variables, indicating that recognition influences satisfaction, although not in a decisive manner. These findings align with recent studies highlighting the multidimensional nature of job satisfaction. It is concluded that it is necessary to strengthen comprehensive strategies that integrate recognition, incentives, and organizational well-being to improve job satisfaction.
