Abstract

The different processes that are developed for the achievement of objectives, development of tasks require specific structures and guidelines that in the absence of which can fall into failure, as a result of this it was decided to conduct a study on the process of induction of human talent in SMEs in the Quinindé sector, to verify the internal processes of staff and shape management models towards a better inductive development, Therefore, a qualitative approach methodology will be applied where the criteria of different authors will be taken, with a design based on grounded theories, which will allow to obtain the correct planning in the management of selection and induction of human talent, acting efficiently in the training and development of its employees for a better performance at the productive level. Being that, in conclusion, the induction in the SMEs of Quinindé would obtain optimal results if they train and evaluate their employee with an excellent planning in the selection, recruitment and induction of their personnel, guiding them in the areas that can best adapt and develop in an excellent and efficient way in productivity

Almeida Blacio, Jorge Hernan, Universidad Regional Autónoma de Los Andes

Public Accountant – Auditor by profession. His undergraduate academic training was carried out at the National University of Loja obtaining the titles of Bachelor and Engineer in Accounting and Auditing, CPA., an International Diploma in Management Accounting and Environmental Auditing at the Vladimir Illich University, Las Tunas - Cuba, a postgraduate at the Universidad Técnica Particular de Loja with a Master's degree in Comprehensive Auditing, he is currently studying a Doctorate in Economic Sciences with a mention in Accounting at the National University of Cuyo, Mendoza - Argentina, he is an active member of Auditool - Global Audit Knowledge Network and Internal Control, Bogotá – Colombia. He has been a professor since 2010 at the Universidad Regional Autónoma de los Andes - UNIANDES, teaching the different subjects of Accounting, Auditing, Taxation, Budgeting, Financial Administration and Degree Projects, he also works as General Accountant and/or Deputy Director of Financial Management (e.) in the Municipal Board of Social Inclusion of the Municipal GAD of Santo Domingo since 2012, has published scientific articles in high-impact magazines such as Scopus and has participated in national and international presentations
