Abstract

Technological innovation is a key tool for improving organizational management and decision making in companies. This article presents research on the impact of technological innovation at Hacienda La Perla, showing that the use of technology makes it possible to obtain detailed information on organizational management, control employees, and optimize production times, which generates benefits for managers and the company in general. In addition, technological innovation helps the company to acquire new skills and strengths that prepare it to face new processes and situations that may arise in the future. Therefore, technological innovation can contribute significantly to the improvement of the organizational structure and the development of the company. The authors conclude that technological innovation is essential in the application of scientific processes in the company, and that it is necessary to encourage its use to ensure competitiveness and success in an increasingly demanding market.
