Administrative Management Strategies for the Sustainable Development of Enterprises in La Concordia

Abstract

The article discusses the importance of administrative management in business ventures and how poor management can negatively affect the operation of a business, reduce profits and decrease productivity. Administrative management includes functions such as planning, organizing, directing, coordinating and controlling and is considered the foundation of a business. The article also points out that, in Ecuador, although there is a high entrepreneurial spirit, many ventures have a disorderly administrative management due to lack of proper planning. The article concludes by suggesting that entrepreneurs need an administrative management model that allows them to plan their business ideas based on knowledge of governance and innovation, so that their business can become a sustainable microenterprise that stimulates the economy of the business sector in the entrepreneurship sector of Cantón La Concordia.
